When they actually find the time to come they do a decent job for sure (we have been gone a minimum of 6 hours at a time each day during the day but have gotten housekeeping once without calling during our five day stay. After considering the hotel's location in the French Quarter, it makes a lot of sense though, and turned to be worth it. They also have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in cool containers attached to the wall. These are minor compared to the excellent bed, spotlessly clean room, over-the-top gracious and helpful lobby staff and outstanding meal at Restaurant Revolution.
